(More customer reviews)Great sound, great looks, great filtering of iPhone signal interference, great convenience (I like removable batteries and, of course the ingenious rotating mechanism.) I would have given this product 5 stars if the volume control did not have a basic flaw: for each time you click the on-unit or remote control volume button (up or down) the increment it moves is too large. This makes it impossible to find just the right volume for a situation (for me it is bedside listening when going to sleep: it's either too loud or too soft.) This may not be a problem at the beach or a picnic, but I can see it being an issue in a shared space such as a dorm or office cubicle. I worked with the manufacturer to see if it was a bad unit; unfortunately, it seems it is in the design. Fix this problem, Logic-3 and you have a clear winner.
Note: I received an early model shipped to me from the manufacturer in England back in January 09 so it may be possible that they have fixed this flaw now that it is distributed in the US. I hope so. It is such a good product that, even with the volume issue, it has become a valued addition to my digital lifestyle; I didn't want to return it. :-)
