(More customer reviews)I picked up the black one elsewhere. It was simple to charge up & install. The instructions don't tell you that it has to be hooked up to the amp in a complete circuit to charge it. Like with all caps, be sure to ground separate from the amp. ONE BIG THING!!! There aren't any covers for the terminals. You want to cover the positive terminal in the least! We are talking mega amp, stored up.
Other than that, it works like a cap should, storing power on those hard bass hits. If you're on a budget, this is cheaper than a new battery.
