(More customer reviews)I am not sure about the longevity of the product but we have used this item 2 times with our portable DVD player and watched a couple movies and WOW!!!!!
The sound from the small (6.5") screen portable without anything is really not that good, but when you attach this tote to it, you sound like you are in a movie theater.
Surround sound for sure.
