(More customer reviews)I decided to mount a new Clarion CD/tuner below decks, out of harms way, and in turn needed/wanted to use this remote control unit above decks. This was reasonably priced and was shipped quickly and came in perfect condition, brand new. It works great, even senses the I.F. handheld remote control. It can control most of the functions of the main unit, and I have it mounted at the pilots station. It is waterproof and takes up very little space. It can also be daisy chained with additional units, if one had a larger boat, or other reason to have multiple remote control stations. Highly recommended. Note, you need to order the connection cable separately, so be sure to order the correct one!
